To book an appointment, every person in the session must agree to all of the statements below:
• In the past two weeks, I have not had symptoms of COVID-19 or have had direct contact with anyone with COVID-19.
• I agree to have my temperature checked before entry, and will wear a face mask or face shield.
• I understand that sessions will be limited to 15 minutes and all makeup, hair, and outfit changes will be made before my appointment takes place.
• If anyone in my session is showing even minor symptoms of COVID-19, I understand that we will be asked to leave and will be asked to reschedule.
