Booking, Payments, and Copyright

Appointments: One Hour Photo Studio operates on an appointment basis for photography sessions. Clients are required to schedule sessions in advance, subject to availability.

Deposits: To secure an appointment, clients must make a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified during the booking process. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the photography session.

Session Fees: The full payment for the session is due on the day of the appointment. All payments, including deposits and session fees, are non-refundable.

Copyright Ownership: One Hour Photo Studio retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the photography session. We reserve the right to use these images for publishing or advertising without notification to the client.

Digital Images: For packages where digital images are provided directly to the client, One Hour Photo Studio allows clients to make edits and print photos at any lab of their choosing, while retaining our copyright ownership.

Payment Methods

Payment Methods: When making a purchase on our Website, you have the option to use various payment methods, including Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, and Klarna. Each payment method has its own terms and conditions, and by choosing to make a purchase through any of these methods, you agree to comply with the terms set forth by the respective payment processors. One Hour Photo Studio is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from transactions conducted through these third-party payment processors.

Client Responsibilities and Changes to Appointments

Rescheduling Policy: One Hour Photo Studio generally does not allow rescheduling. However, under certain private circumstances, we may consider requests for rescheduling. The decision to allow rescheduling for free or subject to an additional fee is at the discretion of One Hour Photo Studio.

Late Arrival: Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointments. 

* Bookings requiring appointment with deposit:

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their deposit. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will be required to reschedule for another available date or time. 

* Bookings requiring appointment with full payment:

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $60 late fee. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a “no show” and booking will be cancelled without refunding any moneys paid. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Security, Hacking, and Legal Provisions

Security Measures: We employ reasonable measures to secure our Website; however, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically. You acknowledge that any information provided or transactions conducted online are done at your own risk.

Unauthorized Access: One Hour Photo Studio disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data, including but not limited to hacking or other malicious activities. While we take reasonable precautions to protect our Website, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Hour Photo Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or any content provided therein.

Third-Party Links: The Website may contain links to third-party websites. One Hour Photo Studio does not endorse or control these websites and is not responsible for their content, security, or any damages incurred through the use of these external sites.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: One Hour Photo Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to ensure you are aware of any modifications.
